Dr. Mike Steger

Mike is Assistant Professor in the Counseling Psychology and Applied Social Psychology programs at Colorado State University.

His work includes developing a measure of meaning in life researching the foundations and benefits of living a meaningful life. In addition, he has published research on factors related to achieving well-being, how people adjust to traumatic life events, and social influences on depression. He is the co-editor of the forthcoming book Designing the Future of Positive Psychology from Oxford University Press.

Peter Illsley

Peter is a brilliant change manager, specialising in performance improvement in the public sector. Former MD of Serco Consulting, he grew the business from 22 full time consultants to over 100 and established the business on the Government's prestigious Multi Disciplinary Catalist framework.

Formerly at PA Consulting, he was the Winner of the prestigous MCA Gold award for "Best Strategy and Business Transformation". But more than that, he is quite simply a great bloke to work with.
